Clients can self-refer to our private practice. A phone call will establish the counsellor best suited to your situation and schedule. Phones are answered by Cathy from 9 a.m. to 12 noon on regular week-days. At other times you can leave a confidential voice message, which will be returned later that day or on the next week day morning.
You may also be referred to our practice by your physician, lawyer, vocational counsellor, Employee and Family Assistance Program, or any of a number of other agencies. We bill to ICBC, Crime Victims, CLBC, MCFD Autism and numerous other third parties.
Clients generally phone and book their own appointment, but this may vary depending on the procedures of the referring party. Call and talk to Cathy if you have any questions.
