Plan on dedicating the days for yourself.  There will be opportunities to work with the horses, do EMDR or SRT sessions when appropriate, journal writing, watch informative videos and read interesting materials. Eat good food and sit under the willow tree overlooking the fields or in the shade of the gazebo. These sessions need to be booked well in advance, and my time will be yours on those days.  Individual intensives can be two to five days in length.  Coming with a friend or family member will reduce the individual cost.  Up to three people can be accommodated in an Intensive Session.
