They settle their differences and may be seen later eating from the same pile of hay, or grooming each other.  A herd in the wild relies on each other.  Horses respect a worthy leader that makes good decisions about food and safety for the herd.  A good herd leader is a clear communicator that earns respect.   Horses have much to teach us that can open our eyes about good human leadership. Leading the Herd is designed for anyone seeking to understand and develop authentic leadership skills through the way of the horse.  With horses as our guides, participants will: Establish their own definition of leadership Explore the impact of their influence in relationships Discover how to get out of their own way Understand the power of natural leadership See boundaries in action Learn skills of Authentic Community Building Leading the Herd is usually offered as a two or three day workshop.  It can be offered in a weekly format for local groups.
